Pickled Quail Eggs - 16 Oz Jar

These pickled quail eggs are made in a very special way, since everything is cooked, processed and packaged by hand, it is truly a work of art. Using one of our family recipes, grandma's recipe, these jars are prepared the way she did, from peeling the egg by hand to remove the cuticle that covers it to packaging in at "Baño Maria" with the super hot product to seal the product by hand using heat. It is an excellent combination of flavors since it contains jalapeño pepper (not spicy), carrot, onion, among other ingredients that achieve this unique flavor.
